Northern War: In the regional council of Mateh Asher, residents of Rosh Hanikra and Hanita were instructed to enter a secure space, lock the doors of their homes, and follow the security coordinator's instructions. This update was given regarding an ongoing security incident occurring today (Thursday).

The current event comes after sirens were heard in the western Galilee settlements, including Shlomi, Shomera, Even Menachem, Psuta, and Abirim. Shortly thereafter, additional sirens were registered in Nahariya, Rosh Hanikra, and the Akhziv Industrial Zone. According to Magen David Adom (MDA), no reports of casualties or injuries have been received at this stage.

Regarding the IDF's report, it was initially stated that six launches from Lebanese territory were identified heading towards Israeli territory, with five of them falling in open areas, and one successfully intercepted by the Israel Air Defense forces. Simultaneously, reports of an anti-tank missile towards Dvoranit and light weapons fire in the Zar'it area were received, with no casualties. In response, the IDF struck the source of the fire.
