Hamas released a video today (Saturday) showing two additional hostages – Bar Kuperstein and Maxim Herkin. The Hostages’ Families Headquarters requested that the video or parts of it not be published at this stage.

Herkin’s family, whose 35-year-old son’s voice was identified in the Hamas video, spoke amid diplomatic efforts by Russia to secure his release.

Yesterday, it was cleared for publication that IDF forces attacked and eliminated Mohammed Salah Mohammed Bardawil, an important part of Hamas’s propaganda apparatus. He systematically spread false information and promoted false narratives and psychological warfare.

He was also involved in producing the cynical propaganda videos, featuring hostages held captive in the Gaza Strip.

In a related development, Abu Ubaida, the military spokesperson of the Al-Qassam Brigades released this statement: "Half of the enemy's living prisoners are located in areas that the occupation army requested to evacuate in recent days.

We have decided not to transfer these prisoners from those areas and to keep them under strict security measures, but their lives are in extreme danger.

If the enemy is concerned for the lives of these prisoners, it must immediately negotiate their evacuation or release. He who warns has given his excuse.

Netanyahu's government bears full responsibility for the lives of the prisoners. If it were truly concerned for them, it would have adhered to the agreement it signed in January, and most of them would likely be in their homes today."
