A bus mounted a traffic circle on Levi Eshkol Street in Rishon LeZion and overturned. 22 passengers were injured, most with minor injuries - a 35-year-old woman suffered moderate injuries. The injured were evacuated to Wolfson and Assaf Harofeh hospitals.

22 people traveling today (Tuesday) at noon on a bus on Levi Eshkol Street in Rishon LeZion were injured to varying degrees after the bus overturned. The injured were evacuated to Wolfson and Assaf Harofeh hospitals.
MDA motorcycle unit paramedic Elchanan Alon and MDA motorcycle emergency medic Eran Carmel reported: "We arrived at a very complex road accident involving a bus and 5 vehicles.
"When we arrived, we were told that the bus had mounted the traffic circle and as a result collided with a vehicle, which caused a chain accident involving 4 additional vehicles - which caused the bus to overturn on its side. From the bus, about 20 passengers walked toward us, all in mild condition with minor injuries to their bodies.
"Inside the bus, a trapped woman about 35 years old was lying conscious and suffering from severe limb injuries. After rescue operations, we provided her with initial medical treatment including bandages and fixations, and evacuated her in an MDA intensive care unit to the hospital in moderate condition. For the other 21 injured, we provided initial medical treatment and evacuated them in MDA intensive care units and ambulances in mild condition."
