In recent weeks, the forces of the Southern Brigade of the Gaza Division have completed a targeted operation to destroy terrorist and underground infrastructures in the south and center of the Gaza Strip.

During the brigade's activity, the Gaza Division's engineering unit, in cooperation with the fighters of the Yahalom unit, exposed and destroyed two 2-kilometer-long offensive underground routes. The routes are branched and have several exit shafts, some of which are booby-trapped and contain numerous weapons.

In the attacks, a terrorist squad that tried to plant an IED was eliminated and anti-tank positions and terrorist infrastructures that posed a danger to the forces were destroyed.
