During an IDF operation in Tulkarem by the Menashe Brigade, an IED exploded on a David military vehicle. The vehicle was carrying the commander of the Judea and Samaria Division, Brigadier General Yaki Dolf, and the commander of the Menashe Brigade, Colonel Ayoub Kayuf, who was hit by the explosive device.

The commander of the Menashe Brigade was evacuated in moderate condition for medical treatment, and his family was informed.

Tonight (between Tuesday and Wednesday), Israeli Air Force aircraft attacked a Hamas terrorist who operated in the humanitarian area of Khan Yunis, in a targeted manner and under the intelligence guidance of Military Intelligence, the Shin Bet and the Southern Command.

The IDF emphasized that "prior to the attack, many steps were taken to reduce the chance of harm to civilians, aerial observation, intelligence gathering and the use of precision munitions."

In another incident during the night, an Israeli Air Force aircraft attacked a squad of terrorists who had planted IEDs against the forces operating in the area.
