Watch: Benjamin Netanyahu views captured weapons from north
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened the security cabinet in Northern Command, preceded by a security briefing and demonstration of Hezbollah tunnels.


Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened the security cabinet at IDF Northern Command today (Sunday), in the second such cabinet meeting in the north, the first being in the city of Nahariya.
Before the meeting, Netanyahu and other cabinet members were presented with weapons confiscated by the IDF from areas in southern Lebanon during operations.
Prime Minister Netanyahu also heard a security survey from IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi and Northern Command Commander, Major General Ori Gordon regarding operations in Lebanon, which continue even during the ceasefire.
The two generals also mentioned the collection and confiscation of Hezbollah weapons and ammunition, which were found in Lebanese villages, including in private houses.
Netanyahu also reportedly visited a dummy tunnel constructed for IDF study and training, which included a dummy war room of the sort uncovered during operations in Lebanon.
