IDF forces - including infantry, commandos, engineering, armor, and Yahalom combat engineers have been working on the Syrian side of the border to eliminate any and all threats to Israel under the command of the 210nd Division.

The army's focus has been on confiscating and destroying any and all weapons left behind by the Syrian Army following the collapse of the regime of Bashar Assad.

Forces of the 474th Brigade's combat team conducted a number of sweeps against threats along the border, where they found a number of disused Syrian tanks.

Forces of the 810th "The Mountains" Brigade and forces of the Shaldag commando unit completed their sweep of the Syrian side of the Hermon, where they found a Syrian outpost complete with weapons such as mines, explosive devices, anti-tank missiles and other weapons.
