Gad Elbaz, one of the most prominent figures in contemporary Jewish music, has built an international following by bridging modern pop with religious themes.
Known for his dynamic performances and crossover appeal, Elbaz emerged from Israel's Mizrahi (Middle Eastern Jewish) music scene in the early 2000s and has since become a global Jewish music icon, performing both religious and secular music in Hebrew, English, and French. His signature style combines traditional Middle Eastern melodies with modern pop production, often incorporating religious texts and themes into contemporary arrangements.
His new single was written by songwriter Shahar Hadar, with music composed by Liron Ben Shimon and Omri Kastan, and musical arrangement by Gad Elbaz and William Sigismondi.

Lyrics [translated]:
Sometimes you need to know that everything passes
There's blessing in every joy, reason in every crisis
And when it's hard to fight, try to break free
From worries and fears, remember it will end
Know how to tell good from bad
Even when questions arise, find the answer
And when mistakes happen, it's okay
Everything can be endured
Just remember to see the light
Always receive and give
And You who sees everything
Give more strength to continue growing
Mark us a path so we can return
Light our eyes so we know how to choose
Be strong, try to live without regrets at all
Come whole to the days, full of intention
And don't hurt those who extend their hand
And when you suddenly fall, you fall and rise
