Between the performances at the army bases and hospitals, the singer Itay Levi flew to New York, to take part in the wedding of Rabbi Yoel Pinto, son of Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto and to make the bride and groom happy. The close relationship between Levi and Rabbi Pinto is not new, since during the last selihot period, the singer held a large selihot event at his home, and the person who was in charge of the event was Rabbi Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, who came to the Torah lesson and the selihot prayers.
