Acute mental health crisis
Justin Bieber is not ok: Hailey is asking for prayers
Justin is not eating or sleeping normally, and did a really weird 'live' on social media. It's no wonder Hailey is worried.

Pop superstar Justin Bieber is reportedly in the midst of a serious mental health struggle, sparking concern from his wife, Hailey Bieber, and those closest to him. According to foreign media reports and insider accounts, the 31-year-old singer is grappling with sleeplessness, loss of appetite, and erratic behavior, prompting Hailey to reach out to friends and family with a desperate plea: “Pray for him, he’s not okay.”
Sources close to the couple, including one connected through their church community, paint a troubling picture of Bieber’s current state. “He’s really out of it,” the insider told international outlets, describing how Bieber has been sending “nonsensical” late-night messages while seemingly unaware of their incoherence. “He doesn’t realize how much help he needs,” the source added, noting that the singer’s lack of sleep and minimal eating have only deepened the worry surrounding him. Hailey, witnessing the crisis firsthand, reportedly feels helpless, telling loved ones, “Only God can get him out of this now.”
This isn’t the first time Bieber has faced mental health challenges. The Canadian artist, who rose to fame as a teen idol, has been candid about his battles with depression, anxiety, and the toll of early stardom. In 2019, he revealed on Instagram how fame led to “heavy drug use” by age 19 and feelings of isolation, while his 2020 docuseries Justin Bieber: Seasons included admissions of past suicidal thoughts. More recently, he posted about struggling with “anger issues” and a sense of inauthenticity, hinting at ongoing emotional turmoil despite a seemingly stable life as a new father to son Jack Blues Bieber, born in August 2024.
Fans have taken note of Bieber’s uncharacteristic social media activity in recent weeks, including cryptic posts and a bizarre live broadcast where he appeared unwell and unlike himself. These developments echo a pattern of public breakdowns, like his 2022 Justice World Tour cancellation due to health issues tied to Ramsay Hunt syndrome, followed by periods of recovery. However, the current episode is described as “really serious."
Speculation about potential triggers abounds. Some point to the fallout from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ 2024 arrest on serious charges, given their past mentorship, though Bieber has not addressed it. Others suggest the pressures of fatherhood and a high-profile six-year marriage, previously strained, as Bieber admitted to an “emotional breakdown” early on in a 2022 Apple Music interview, may be contributing factors. Chronic health issues like Lyme disease, diagnosed in 2020, could also be exacerbating his mental strain.
Despite the alarm, Bieber’s team has pushed back against dire narratives. In February 2025, a representative told TMZ that rumors of substance abuse were “absolutely not true,” insisting Bieber was in “one of the best places in his life,” focused on family and new music.
Yet Hailey’s reports tell a completely different story, and it's backed up by his bizarre behavior.
As news of Bieber’s struggles spreads, fans are voicing concern, with some calling for intervention. For now, the singer’s inner circle and supporters can only hope he finds a path back to stability, as he has after previous lows. Neither Justin nor Hailey Bieber have commented publicly on the reports, but the story continues to dominate headlines, leaving the world watching and waiting for signs of recovery.
