Putin and Trump Agree: Iran Must Not Acquire Nuclear Weapons

Three years into the war in Ukraine, US President Donald Trump spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, and they agreed on an interim step to stop attacks on electricity and energy infrastructure. Regarding Israel, both agreed that a situation where Iran could reach a position to destroy the state of Israel must be prevented.

These negotiations will begin immediately in the Middle East," referring to a conference in Saudi Arabia.
