It appears that the "Palestine Museum" will be built on the site of the Israeli embassy in Dublin, Ireland, which was closed about a week ago.
This is a new branch of a museum currently located in Connecticut, USA, which presents the Palestinian narrative through exhibitions across Europe, Channel 14 reported today (Wednesday).
The director of the museum noted that the choice of the building of the former Israeli embassy was intended to convey a clear message. The exhibitions on display at the museum include photographs, artifacts, and art related to the Palestinian narrative surrounding the events of the Nakba, along with items from neighboring Arab countries.
About a week ago, Irish Prime Minister Simon Harris responded to a video of Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar, who called him "anti-Semitic" at a faction meeting yesterday, saying: "I will remain focused on speaking out against war crimes, and on defending human rights, international law and protecting civilian life."
"It is imperative that we continue to call for peace, that we continue to call for a ceasefire in the Middle East, that we continue to call for the free flow of humanitarian aid into Gaza," Simon said, stressing, "This situation cannot be allowed to continue. We will never be silenced."
