American Jewish voters overwhelmingly favor Kamala Harris over Donald Trump for president, according to a new national poll by the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA).

The survey, released Monday, found that 72% of American Jews support Harris in a direct matchup against Trump, showing an improvement over Joe Biden’s 67% support in April.

The poll highlights Trump’s unpopularity among Jewish voters, with over 75% viewing him unfavorably.

Furthermore, 80% of respondents disagreed with Trump’s controversial claim that "any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion…and should be ashamed of themselves," with 84% considering the statement antisemitic.
