Jewish Canadian Liberal Member of Parliament Anthony Housefather condemned a poster that surfaced yesterday (Wednesday) on a Montreal lamppost, demanding he “get out of Canada,” according to Arutz 7.

The poster featured the Israeli flag next to the Nazi Germany flag, labeling Housefather a “neo-Nazi” and branding Zionism as “terrorism.”

Housefather, who represents the Mount Royal riding on Montreal's island, wrote on social media site X, “My family has been here since the 19th century and we have indeed helped build this country. I am not going anywhere. Sorry, antisemites. You may not like what I have to say, but I will keep saying it and remain a proud Jew and a Zionist.”
