Tragedy in India
"He just wanted a selfie;" tourist eaten alive by lion after scaling enclosure
A 34-year-old tourist who came to the zoo in northern India was killed by a lion after entering the enclosure where the king of beasts was staying.

Last Thursday, Prahalad Gurjar, a 34-year-old tourist who came to the Sri Venkateswara Zoological Park in Tirupati, India, decided to climb the walls of the lion enclosure to take a selfie with one of the animals.
When he crept into the compound one of the lions on the spot attacked him and killed the tourist within 10 minutes. The Times of India reported that the man was drunk before climbing the beasts' cell - a 4-meter compound with a 6-meter high iron fence surrounding it.
The zoo has released a report stating that this is the first time an event of this nature has taken place.
