The IDF announced on Wednesday that it had seized a staggering 85,170 military items from Hezbollah during its recent operations in southern Lebanon, encompassing over 30 villages.
Reporters were granted a firsthand look at an IDF base in northern Israel on Tuesday, where many of the captured items were displayed.
The cache includes 2,250 larger rockets, 6,840 smaller anti-tank missiles and rockets, and 340 advanced Kornet missiles—highly sophisticated weapons capable of penetrating modern armor.
The exhibition underscores the scale of Hezbollah’s arsenal and highlights the IDF’s efforts to neutralize potential threats along Israel’s northern border.
There are also 60 anti-aircraft missiles and 20 vehicles, often with the capability of firing a dozen or multiple dozens of rockets at a time.
Next, the IDF also seized 9,000 improvised explosives, 5,560 guns, and around 60,800 electronic items, equipment, and documents.
The IDF announced on Wednesday that it has killed 3,851 Hezbollah terrorists and wounded approximately 9,000 since the onset of the war.
Of those eliminated, 3,017 were killed since mid-September, coinciding with the IDF’s intensified bombing campaign and the launch of the Lebanon invasion on September 30. An additional 44 Hezbollah fighters were killed following the November 26 ceasefire.
The remaining 800-plus fatalities occurred during the conflict’s first year, resulting from smaller-scale airstrikes and localized skirmishes between IDF ground forces and Hezbollah along the border.
The figures highlight the extensive toll on Hezbollah as the IDF continues its operations to secure Israel’s northern border.
