The IDF assesses that some 80% of Hezbollah's arsenal of rockets with a range of up to 40 kilometers has been destroyed, according to Amir Bohbot of Walla News.
In addition, they now have less than 1,000 medium range rockets (5,000 at the beginning of the war), and they now have less than 10,000 short-range rockets, compared to the almost 50,000 they had at the beginning of the war.
According to IDF sources speaking to Walla, Hezbollah is having difficulty launching what remains of its rockets due to weakened command and control and continued air strikes. The result is much smaller salvos against Israel than expected when the war began.
The IDF also believes that any ceasefire which does not allow the IDF to choke off resupply and rearmament of Hezbollah by Iran will be very dangerous for the country.
