Israeli popstar and creator Idan Amedi, who was injured during the fighting in Gaza and underwent a long rehabilitation, is returning to work.

Today (Monday), Channel 12 reported that he just signed a new contract with the media conglomerate, and he is expected to lead a series of television projects.

As part of the contract, Amedi is expected to present a documentary that will follow his long rehabilitation since he was injured in January. The movie will include real-life footage from his recovery journey.

In addition, the channel is currently working on developing a new drama series in which Amedi is set to play a lead role, as well as participating in writing the script. Amedi is also expected to lead additional documentary and drama projects on the channel.
