Former Communications Minister Ayoob Kara, a member of the Druze community, today called on the Druze to continue to attack Muslims who identify with Hamas.
Kara tweeted on his Twitter account: "I call on the Druze and of course all citizens of Israel to hold accountable anyone who sympathizes with the shocking crimes of ISIS-Hamas as happened in Ma'ar that endanger the coexistence and peace between the different communities. Democracy and freedom of expression stop on this issue and the police must act and deport such people to Gaza and hell."
Druze beat Muslims who expressed sympathy for Hamas
This tweet follows documents published earlier from Ma'ar - a Druze city near Carmiel, where Druze boys are seen beating their fellow Muslims apparently due to the latter's support for the terrorist organization Hamas.
According to an initial report, as a result of the fight, 4 students were slightly injured. The policemen of the northern district arrived at the scene of the incident and detained for questioning 13 individuals suspected of being involved in the fight.
The police said: "The Israel Police calls on the formal and informal leaders to act to prevent bullying and violent behavior, these incidents may cast a heavy shadow on the fabric of relations between the residents. The incident is under investigation."
