Google to Allow and Help Israeli Workers to Work Elsewhere in the Country or Abroad
In lieu of direct aid, Google is offering Israeli employees paid living expenses to work in safer locations during the war.

According to a report by the Israeli paper Globes, Google has decided to take a unique approach towards helping their Israeli employees. Unlike other major international companies such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Intel, and others which provided Israeli employees with direct grants to help cushion the blow, Google prefers to cover the cost of living somewhere safer, either in the country or abroad.
Per the report, Google now funds the full room and board of employees and their families living with them, with only children aged 26 and up excepted. The money will be refunded from the company credit card upon presentation of receipts. Many Israeli employees have taken advantage of this opportunity, travelling to places such as Cyprus, Greece, or Portugal.
This support will only last 30 days, after which employees will have to pay their own way, though Google will also pay for their ticket back home to Israel.
