German rearmament - a battle laboratory?

1. The big motivation behind rearming the EU for a large terrestrial war could be to test more modern tanks than exist today against FPV (First Person View) and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle).
2. The deep-mud of the Ukraine existing for 3 months of the year (Rasputitza, mid-march till end-April and mid-October till end-November) is prohibitive for high vertical pressure on the road-chains, namely for tanks total weight divided by its road-chains surface with the ground. A tank in the regular case (not Israeli) is limited by the train-rail width and by ground-clearance (vs. length, thus maximal hull's pitch angle).
3. Thus Russian and Ukrainian tanks are too lightweight in order to include electric turret drives (don't flash like hydraulics does upon round/UAV hit, thus don't cause internal damage) with their lrage battery packs (requiring armor too).
Certain heavier western tanks like German and Israeli ones are by now all equipped with electric turret drives and none explode in battle. (except for large airborne bombs or large mines).
4. Kaliningrad (former Koenigsberg, Prussia's) could provide the stable ground, around the year, for such a battle-laboratory. Much the same holds for Poland and the Baltics - yet these would remain armed with less advanced tanks.
