Baron Cohen, breaking his silence on foreign media’s anti-Israel bias, has criticized the British broadcaster's handling of the report about the incident in which 12 children and teenagers were killed.
In an Instagram story, Baron Cohen shared a tweet from Aviva Klompas, a former speechwriter for the Israeli delegation at the UN, who criticized the BBC's phrasing of the report. The original headline read, "Casualties from rocket fire on Israeli-occupied Golan." Klompas had corrected the headline by changing "casualties" to "murdered" and "Israeli-occupied Golan" to "Hezbollah attack on children playing football." She added an explanation to the image, stating: "This BBC headline is so disgusting, so I corrected it."
Having seen the tweet about the biased and anti-Israel report, Baron Cohen decided to break his silence and share it with his millions of followers on social media.
