"One Expert a Night": A Program for Coping with the Situation

Experts in various fields will present tools and advice in a new television program to help cope with the situation. Some of the different topics include mental resilience and parenting during times of war.

Starting next Sunday and following the News on Channel 12 (the time varies depending on the news), a new program called "One Expert a Night" will be aired. It will provide viewers with special lectures, tools, and advice for coping with the situation.

Among the various lectures will be Dr. Yael Doron (Wedding at First Sight) with tools for maintaining marital resilience during wartime, Dr. Maayan Boiman (Wedding at First Sight) with tools for preserving optimism and mental resilience, and Dr. Liat Yakir with tools from the field of brain research for coping with stress during wartime.

Also, the education and "Super Nanny" expert, Michal Daliot, will give a lecture in the program about tools for parents to cope with their children during such a period.

After the broadcast, the lectures will also be available to the general audience on Channel 12's website and on Mako.
