Almost a year has passed since the technology company OpenAI, specializing in artificial intelligence, launched its popular chatbot - chatGPT. Yesterday, the company announced the launch of ChatGPT Enterprise - the business version of the chatbot, which will also generate profits for the company. Until now, the regular version of the product has been free, and this new enterprise version will turn the company's model into a profitable one.

In the company, they assure premium subscribers who purchase the business version that they will have access to the advanced model they launched - GPT-4, which performs at a "human-like" level in its capabilities. Additionally, in response to concerns that have arisen in the past among various organizations and companies regarding data privacy, users will be provided with a high level of security and full privacy. According to this, the chatbot developers will not utilize the business data entered by the purchasers during their interactions with the chatbot.

Adapting the chat to the needs of the company

Companies that acquire the business version will be able to customize the chatbot to their company's needs. This can be achieved through training and inputting parameters that align with the company's focus. Employees will have the ability to search for specific guidelines within the chatbot and also share their conversations with other colleagues.

In a statement released by OpenAI, it was stated that "since the launch of ChatGPT just nine months ago, we've seen teams adopting the chatbot in over 80% of 500 companies. Business leaders have expressed their desire for a simple and secure way to deploy chat within their organization. Many companies have redefined their operational approach and are using ChatGPT to foster clearer communication, expedite coding tasks, swiftly explore answers to complex business questions, aid in creative work, and much more."
