For years, the murderous Hamas terror organization set up and maintained a network of powerful cameras, hidden and camouflaged within rooftop solar heaters throughout the entire Gaza Strip, with the aim of identifying and tracking aircraft.

Yesterday, within a few minutes, in a strike focused on a number of targets, aircraft struck all the locations tied to this network and denied Hamas the ability the broad aerial picture needed to hit aircraft.

450 Targets Attacked in the Last 24 Hours

IDF forces continued wide ranging strikes throughout the Gaza Strip. According to the IDF Spokesperson, over 450 targets were struck in the area over the last 24 hours.

During the night, dozens of aircraft struck over 200 targets throughout the neighborhoods of al-Furqan, which served as a base for Hamas for launching a multitude of terror attacks into Israel. It was also reported that fighter planes attacked over 70 Hamas targets throughout the Daraj Tuffah area of Gaza, alongside a military structure used by Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

At the same time, dozens of fighter planes struck over eighty targets throughout the Beut Hanoun neighborhood during the night. These include two bank branches used by Hamas to fund terror in the Strip, an underground terror tunnel inside the Strip, and two operational command posts which Hamas used to direct terror operations against Israel.

The IDF also struck two military Hamas compounds in the Strip which serve as bases for training and weapons production and storage. The headquarters of the Hamas northern brigade was destroyed at one of these compounds.
