The war in the south: After IDF forces cleared the settlements of terrorists and began entering the homes, the horrifying numbers from the terror attack on the Gaza Strip are starting to emerge.
The estimate is that there are now more than 700 casualties, including civilians, soldiers, and security forces personnel. This afternoon, the Ministry of Health updated that 2,156 injured individuals were evacuated to hospitals, with the following breakdown: 20 in critical condition, 338 in serious condition, 421 in moderate condition, 1,052 in mild condition, 49 suffering from anxiety, and 167 under medical assessment.
In addition to these numbers, there are approximately 150 more captives in Hamas' custody, some of whom are the bodies of soldiers, but also living soldiers who have been transferred to the Gaza Strip. Among the captives, there are also civilians, women, and children.
