Pollard Against The Government

Pollard against the government: "Adopted British methods"

Jonathan Pollard visited the family of Elisha Yered, who was removed from Ramat Migron, and harshly attacked the government: "This government adopted the methods of the British, if the Prime Minister had an ounce of nationalism, he would have prevented this from happening."

Former Prisoner of Zion Jonathan Pollard arrived this morning (Wednesday) to visit Ramat Migron Hill against the background of the administrative removal order issued against Migron resident Elisha Yered, and asked to strengthen his family and the rest of the residents. During the visit, Pollard attacked the government and its leader, Benjamin Netanyahu.

"No government has the legitimacy"

During the visit, Pollard sought to strengthen the residents of the hill in their struggle for the Jewish hold on the mountain and harshly attacked the government which, according to him, adopted improper methods used by the British before the establishment of the state: "We were ordered to settle the land that God gave us. I believe that this whole principle of preventing Jews from living on their land must be a thing of the past. No government, including the current one, has the legitimacy to claim that they represent, politically and parliamentaryly, the Jewish people."

Following his words, Pollard turned to Noa, Elisha Yered's wife, and excitedly told her: "This brave woman is defending our lands. The least the prime minister can do is return her husband to her and let them settle our land together."

"If the Prime Minister had a pinch of nationalism"

Pollard went on to harshly attack the government's conduct: "I am completely shocked that this woman's husband was deported from Judea and Samaria. This is a method that the British regularly used during the establishment of the state here in the Land of Israel. And I am shocked, saddened and disgusted that this government has adopted the methods used by our imperialist occupiers." .

He then also referred to Prime Minister Netanyahu and said: "I think that if our Prime Minister had a shred of nationalism within him, of Jewish pride within him, he would have prohibited the use of deportation orders and prevented this from happening. This woman's husband is innocent."

As mentioned, this unusual attack comes after last Friday, Major General Yehuda Fox sent a particularly unusual removal order to the settlement activist Elisha Yered, as part of which he will be removed from his home in Ramat Migron for six months and forbidden to be in contact with a number of people and rabbis from the Judea and Samaria area.
