Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived together with his wife for the funeral of his good friend, the late Hasidic singer Dedi Graucher z"l, who is now being laid to rest after passing away last night (Monday) after a long battle with a serious illness.

Family members, friends, public figures, and a large crowd that accompanied the beloved singer on his last journey came to the funeral, which was held at the Eretz HaChaim Cemetery, in Beit Shemesh.

Graucher, who was 62 years old at the time of his death, was one of the most prominent and successful singers in Hasidic music of the 1990s, his popular albums sold tens of thousands of copies and crowds filled his concerts. Among his outstanding hits: "Hebron the city of the ancestors", "He will redeem us" and "I will give you this land".
