Smotrich expressing condolences: "We won't give up, we have no other country"

Minister of Finance, Bezalel Smotrich, visited the families of the victims of the shooting attacks in Hawara and South Har Hevron, offering condolences. He stated that "the pain, sorrow, and suffering are unimaginable, but nevertheless, the people of Israel are strong, and Israel will confront terrorism with a firm hand"

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich paid condolence visits last night (Tuesday) to the homes of the families of the victims of the shooting attacks that took place this week in Hawara and the Kvasim Junction in the south of Har Hevron.

First, the minister arrived in Ashkelon, where he visited the Nigarkar family, who lost father Shay Silas and son Aviad Nir in the attack in Hawara. After that, he visited the survivor of the severe attack in South Har Hevron, Aryeh Gottlieb. From there, he continued with condolence visits to the Nagari family in Beit Hagai, who lost their mother Bat-Sheva in the attack that occurred last Monday.

"I paid condolence visits to the Nigarkar family in Ashkelon, who lost their father, Silas Shay, HY"D, and his son Aviad Nir, HY"D, and to the Nagari family in Beit Hagai, who lost their mother, Bat-Sheva HY"D. In between, I visited the victim of the heinous attack, Aryeh Leib Gottlieb. The pain, sorrow, and suffering are beyond comprehension, yet despite this, Israel stands strong, and the State of Israel will confront terror with a firm hand. We will not relent; we have no other land." said Smotrich.
