Dave Coulier, the actor most known for playing the kindly and goofy Uncle Joey on the hit sitcom Full House, revealed that he has been receiving treatment for cancer, according to NBC News.
Coulier said that due to a serious swelling in his groin area, his doctors decided to run some scans and found that he had what he called a "very aggressive type" of B-cell lymphoma.
However, an examination of his bone marrow revealed that the cancer hadn't spread there, which he said meant "at that point, the curability rate went up to 90-plus percent. So it’s very treatable."
He is expected to complete his round of chemotherapy in February.
