Democratic Representative Cori Bush launched a scathing attack on the pro-Israel organization AIPAC during her concession speech following her primary defeat on Wednesday.

Bush, who lost her bid for re-election to Wesley Bell, the chief prosecutor for St. Louis County, took aim at AIPAC, which had contributed nearly $9 million to Bell's campaign.

Rather than offering a typical concession, Bush’s speech was marked by sharp criticism and anger toward the pro-Israel lobby. "All you did was take some of the strings off," she remarked, referring to her loss, and added, "As much as I loved my job, all they did was radicalize me... now they should be afraid."

In a striking conclusion to her speech, Bush declared, "AIPAC, I'm coming to tear your kingdom down." Known for her support of the BDS movement, Bush has been a controversial figure, notably voting against a measure to deny entry to the U.S. for Hamas terrorists involved in the October 7 attacks on Israel and refusing to classify Hamas as a terrorist organization.
