Trump Warns of ‘WW3’ if He Loses, During Meeting with Netanyahu

Former U.S. President Donald Trump hosted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on Friday, marking their first meeting since Trump's loss in the 2020 election strained their previously close relationship.

During their discussions, which were filmed and photographed, Trump expressed his dismay at how Jewish voters could support Kamala Harris, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. He criticized Harris's recent comments about the suffering of Gazans after her meeting with Netanyahu, labelling them as "disrespectful to Israel."

Trump warned of severe consequences if he does not win the upcoming election, predicting "major wars in the Middle East and maybe even a third world war." He claimed that current U.S. leadership is pushing the world closer to such a conflict, attributing this to what he called "incompetent" governance.

Netanyahu, who attended the meeting with the hope of advancing negotiations for the release of hostages, indicated that he would be sending a negotiating team to Rome for further discussions.

Trump praised his past administration’s support for Israel, highlighting actions like recognizing the Golan Heights as Israeli territory, moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, and withdrawing from the Iran nuclear deal. He criticized the Biden administration for its handling of Iran, claiming that his own administration could have secured a favorable deal if given the opportunity.

Trump also took a swipe at Kamala Harris, suggesting that her leadership is worse than Biden’s. He concluded by asserting that if he were to win, resolving the issues would be straightforward, but if not, the risks of significant conflicts, including a potential third world war, would increase dramatically.

The public portion of the meeting ended with Trump’s stark warning about global instability.
