Biden to speak tomorrow on withdrawing from race 

In an official statement on X, the President said that he would be giving a speech on his decision to end his reelection bid and how he intends to complete his term of office.

President Joe Biden announced today (Tuesday) that he will give a speech tomorrow at 8 PM Eastern Time, explaining his decision to end his bid for reelection and how he intends to complete his time in office.

In a post he published on X under his official account Biden said that: "Tomorrow evening at 8 PM ET, I will address the nation from the Oval Office on what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people."

The speech will take place on the same day as Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's planned address to Congress.
