Israeli-American Professor Daniel Kahneman, a cognitive and behavioral psychologist and winner of the 2002 Nobel Prize in Economics, passed away today (Wednesday) at 90.
Professor Kahneman was considered a revolutionary in his field, where he deeply studied how people make judgments and decisions, setting a benchmark for studies today.
He won the Nobel Prize in Economics for his extensive study of economic decision making, and the influence of behavioral economics on economic conduct.
He even won the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2013 from President Barack Obama.
