Hamas Senior Leader: October 7 Will Be Studied in Military Academies

In an interview he gave to Egyptian TV, Khaled Mashal took pride in the Simchat Torah Massacre, saying senior Russian figures told him the actions would be studied in military academies.

In an interview Khaled Mashal, senior leader of the Hamas terrorist organization presently residing in Qatar, gave to Egyptian TV channel Sada El-Balad, Mashal took pride in the massacre committed by Hamas members in the Gaza Perimeter areas.

Among other things, Mashal noted to the interviewer that the Russians were satisfied with Hamas’ actions and even praised their conduct: “For your information, Russia has benefitted from our (attack),” Mashal explained, “because we distracted the US from them and from Ukraine. China saw (our attack) as a dazzling example. The Russians told us that what happened on October 7, would be taught in military academies.”
