According to an official announcement, the funeral of Rabbi Tzvi Kogan will begin today (Monday) at 8 PM Israel time (1 PM EST) at Kfar Chabad, at the "770" Square.
Following speeches by Rabbis, relatives, and friends, the coffin will then be taken to the Mount of Olives cemetery in Jerusalem, where Rabbi Kogan will be buried.
The statement also said that "Rabbi Kogan...was murdered by wicked people, while still on his holy watch, on shlichut in Dubai. His activity touched on and influenced tens of thousands of Jews, locals, and tourists."
The UAE currently has three suspects for Rabbi Kogan's murder in custody, all of whom are Uzbek nationals.
