In a shocking crime, Rabbi Tzvi Kogan (28) was in Dubai when he was kidnapped and murdered in cold blood, in what looks like a nationalistic crime.

Signs of struggle were found in his car, which was abandoned approximately 1.5 hours from Dubai.

The United Arab Erirates published the names of three Uzbek nationals suspected of his murder.

They are:

Olimbay Tuhairovich (28), Mahmoud John Abd al-Rahim (28), and Azizat Kamalovich (33).

Emirati authorities are likely to pursue capital punishment for the killers of Rabbi Kogan, according to local assessments. The UAE, which maintains capital punishment for serious crimes, views the targeted killing of a Jewish community leader as an especially grave offense.

The country's stance reflects its zero-tolerance policy toward religiously motivated violence and its commitment to protecting religious minorities within its borders.
