Since the ground manoeuvre began, there has been a significant decrease in the volume of fire. The IDF estimates that 2,250 Hezbollah operatives have been eliminated. The attacks in the major cities are putting pressure on the state of Lebanon and Hezbollah. In the IDF, several forward moves are being formulated according to the conditions and the diplomatic effort.

In the IDF, they continue to strengthen their achievements and intensify the attack against Hezbollah's infrastructure, which affects the effectiveness of the Hezbollah organization, accompanied by significant harm to its commanders and their morale. On the other side, there is a high number of casualties, estimated to be 2,250, including dozens who were killed at the beginning of the manoeuvre.

Alongside this, the IDF understands the painful cost; 67 fighters and 11 civilians have lost their lives since the ground incursion began. The army knows the complexity of the war, and there is a price to pay in order to change the security reality in the north. The army has several more moves ahead, and they will be implemented according to the conditions, the assessment of the situation, and the diplomatic effort.

In the Syrian front, the IDF attacked today Islamic Jihad operatives working together with the Radwan force in Damascus. The attacks in the major cities are very significant and they create great pressure on Hezbollah and Lebanon, with 1.6 million people displaced from their homes, adding to the existing difficulty and pressure.
