After it was reported that Iran had decided to freeze its response to the Israeli attack until after holding a dialogue on the issue with Trump, Reuters reported on Thursday that Iran is willing to resolve existing disputes over its nuclear program.
Addressing the head of the IAEA, the Iranian foreign minister said: "We are ready to negotiate based on our national interest and inalienable rights, but we are not prepared to negotiate under pressure and intimidation."
In 2018, the United States withdrew from the nuclear agreement, and since then, many European countries, including Israel, are concerned about the pace of Iran's progress in achieving its nuclear program. Israel now sees a golden opportunity to restrain Iran, impose sanctions on it, and prevent it from acquiring a nuclear program.
Israel also hopes that Trump will give the IDF a green light to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.
