The IDF is continuing its ground operation in the northern Gaza Strip with an emphasis on Jabaliya.

However, a conversation between a resident of Gaza and an IDF representative once again demonstrates Hamas' cruelty, as it uses the residents of the Gaza Strip as human shields willingly and unwillingly.

In the conversation, a resident of the Gaza Strip explained that "When we follow the IDF's instructions to go to al-mawasi, there are people who come out [Hamas] and start beating us with sticks, telling us to go back, prevents us from evacuating and forces us to leave the humanitarian area."

The IDF stated: "Last week, before the 162nd division started to operate the Jabaliya area last week, the IDF called on the residents to evacuate their homes for their safety. Hamas uses the citizens of Gaza as human shields and prevents them from responding to the IDF's calls to evacuate to safe spaces."

This is not the first time it has been revealed how Hamas brutalizes the residents of the Gaza Strip.

About 3 months ago, the IDF revealed distutbing footage, in which masked armed Hamas members beat citizens living in the Gaza Strip after they tried to take supplies from the humanitarian aid shipments brought into the Gaza Strip from Israel.

Even thought the residents begged the Hamas men not to beat them, they beat them brutally with clubs and iron whips and kicked them viciously.
