Earlier today (Sunday), IDF forces found an underground shaft in Southern Lebanon. The shaft located in a building leading to a living area for terrorists with an exit shaft.

The soldiers surrounded the building, explored the tunnel shaft and located an underground complex at a depth of about 7 meters and 50 meters of living space where a terrorist of the Hezbollah terrorist organization was hiding next to weapons and equipment intended for a long stay.

After the terrorist surrendered and was arrested, the fighters interrogated him in the field and then brought him to a detention facility in Israel for further investigation.

IDF forces continue to operate in the area.
