The 36th Division joins the ground operations in Lebanon alongside the Golani Brigade, the Armored Brigade, the Etzioni Brigade and other forces. The forces carry out targeted raids in villages near the border in order to eradicate and destroy terrorist infrastructure.

At this time, fighters of the 36th Division, including fighters of the Golani Brigade, the 188th Armored Brigade, the Etzioni Brigade (6) and other forces, are joining the focused and delimited ground operation in southern Lebanon that began yesterday against Hezbollah terrorist targets and infrastructure.

The ground forces are accompanied by an Israeli Air Force attack effort and artillery fire from the 282nd Fire Brigade.

IDF Spokesperson Daniel Hagari revealed yesterday that our forces have launched dozens of targeted and covert ground raids, starting with the outbreak of the war in southern Lebanon, with the aim of destroying hundreds of infrastructure, terrorist bases and targets of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in the territory adjacent to Israel.
