Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized that Israel has dealt significant blows to Hezbollah in recent days and promised that Hezbollah would soon fully grasp the extent of Israel’s capabilities.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant echoed Netanyahu’s message, saying that Hezbollah is already beginning to feel the power of the IDF. During a visit to the Israeli Air Force’s command center, Gallant reassured the public that military operations will continue until displaced residents in northern Israel can return safely.

Foreign Minister Israel Katz today (Sunday) addressed dozens of foreign ministers around the world, condemning Hezbollah's attacks on the north in recent days and calling on the world to act to bring about the withdrawal of the terrorist organization's forces north of the Litani River, in accordance with the UN resolution.

"Following Hezbollah's extensive attack on civilian population centers in Israel, I approached dozens of foreign ministers and activated all of Israel's embassies worldwide to convey a clear and unequivocal message: Israel will do everything necessary to protect its citizens from the murderous terrorist organization Hezbollah - a terrorist organization that has been attacking Israel non-stop since October 8, murdered dozens of Israelis, including 12 children playing soccer, and led to the displacement of about 70,000 Israelis from their homes," Katz said.

"Israel has acted and is acting to prevent further harm to its citizens. We will not cease until we restore security to our citizens and return the residents of the north to their homes," he added and clarified. "The terrorist state of Iran is behind the terrorist organization Hezbollah, as well as behind the terrorist organization Hamas, the Houthis, and the Shiite militias, and the world must increase sanctions on Iran and declare the Revolutionary Guards as a terrorist organization."

In conclusion, Katz called on world leaders: "Anyone who wants to bring stability to the region and de-escalation in the north needs to do one thing: ensure the immediate implementation of Security Council Resolution 1701 and the withdrawal of Hezbollah forces north of the Litani."
