A tale of two polls - one good for Bibi, one bad

Channel 14's poll says Netanyahu's camp is back to its pre-2022 strength. Channel 12's poll suggests he's hitting his wartime nadir.

Two polls were released over the weekend. Both show Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's Likud as the largest party in the Knesset. But one shows Netanyahu's coalition as holding strong at 58, while the other shows him sinking to 47 seats.

Channel 14's Direct Polls poll, released on Friday, shows Netanyahu's Likud standing strong at 29 seats with Benny Gantz's State Camp at just 17 seats. If the election were held today, Netanyahu's coalition would have 58 seats, as would Gantz (assuming a coalition with Ra'am, which has 6 seats).

Meanwhile, the Midgam poll for Channel 12 which was released today (Monday) shows Netanyahu's Likud just barely edging out Gantz's State Camp 22-21.

If the election was held today, Netanyahu's camp would get just 47 seats - mostly due to Religious Zionism not passing the electoral threshold, while Gantz's camp would get 61 even without Ra'am.
