In the weeks following the IDF's preemptive strike on Hezbollah's planned revenge for the assassination of military leader Fuad Shukr, the IDF has stepped up its efforts to hurt Hezbollah, according to a report by Walla News.
Among other steps, the IDF is destroying an average of 15-20 rocket launchers every night, and local commanders have now been given permission to eliminate Hezbollah terrorists operating along the border, without need for approval from higher-ups.
A military source speaking to Walla News said that Hezbollah is wondering whether the war is worth it.
Nevertheless, the IDF continues to prepare for the possibility of a larger war, including a ground invasion of Lebanon.
