Yesterday, News 13 reported that a few days after the disappearance of Heimnoth Kassaou from Safed, 9-year-old K. recounted in her testimony an attempt by a man in a blue vehicle to abduct her, which occurred several days before Kassaou's own disappearance.

Tonight, News 13 journalist Yossi Eli reported a significant development in the case. According to the report, the Magistrate’s Court in Nazareth authorized the seizure of the suspect vehicle, which was repainted from light blue to gray after the girl went missing. The vehicle, a Ford, was found three weeks after the report of Heimnoth’s disappearance near the Safed absorption center. The vehicle is suspected to have been repainted with a brush, and two of its wheels were replaced. Additionally, the car's headlights were replaced, and the rear door was secured with external bolts.

The attorney for the owner of the repainted vehicle responded: "My client denies any connection to the case; he has no involvement in the matter. The investigators who conducted the probe were negligent, and justice will prevail. If necessary, we will prove our case in court."

Last night, News 13 revealed the testimony of Heimnoth Kassaou's friend: "We were sitting outside the absorption center, and a light blue car stopped. The driver told us to get in. We refused. He said, 'Get in or I’ll take you.' He got out of the car, wearing a large hat, and was religious with a beard and could not run—so we ran." According to the investigation, at 18:53 on the day of the disappearance, Heimnoth was recorded leaving the absorption center in Safed with one of her friends. Three minutes later, at 18:56, she was seen playing with her friends. At exactly 19:00, a boy from the absorption center gave her flyers, and the three of them entered the facility together. At that time, Heimnoth was last recorded on security cameras.

Approximately an hour and fifteen minutes later, at 20:16, Heimnoth’s mother arrived at the absorption center. She searched for her daughter in the area for an hour. At 21:50, the police were first notified of Heimnoth Kassaou’s disappearance. At 22:19, a police vehicle arrived at the absorption center, and the officers, along with Heimnoth’s relatives and acquaintances, searched the building. At 23:39, three men were recorded leaving the absorption center and then returning.
