The mother of a family traveling with her children on a public bus going from Afula to Givat HaMora left her two-year-old toddler son inside the bus last night (Sunday).
When the mother noticed that she had forgotten her son on the bus, she immediately reported it to the police, who began to perform scans to locate the bus, and after a short time, it was located near Dehi forest.
During the searches carried out by the police, the toddler was found alone in the bus with the busdriver sitting in the back seat. The toddler was taken to his family in Afula. The police stated that "we are once again reminding the public of parents to be responsible and vigilant throughout the year, and especially now during the summer vacation when the inherent risk in such cases may cost the lives of those dearest to us."
