Following Secretary of State Anthony Blinken's claim that the hostage negotiations are entering their final phase, a political source told Srugim today (Wednesday) that no such deal is in the offing.

According to the source, Hamas was not even willing to agree to the most basic condition allowing Israel to continue the war after the deal was over.
