"MbS has been very open to that idea. He's willing to change the region under the right conditions," Graham stated, urging Israel to seize this opportunity to build on the Abraham Accords.
The senator, who previously criticized MbS following the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, now views the crown prince as a key agent of change. He cited progress in Saudi Arabia, particularly in women's rights and modernization efforts.
