A soldier from the 52nd Battalion, 401st Brigade, sustained severe injuries on Saturday in the Gaza Strip, as reported by the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

The soldier was hit by an anti-tank missile that struck the building where he was operating in Rafah. He has been moved to a hospital for medical care, and his family has been notified.

On the same night, IDF forces from the 3rd Brigade, 8th Brigade, Commando Brigade, and Multidimensional Unit, commanded by the 99th Division, carried out raids and searches in Gaza City, focusing on Hamas’s military reconstruction efforts within UNRWA headquarters.

In a series of raids based on intelligence, IDF forces targeted buildings occupied by Hamas terrorists, including a civilian area where a terrorist had barricaded himself and several high-rise buildings in Gaza City.

The searches revealed a cache of weapons, ammunition, Hamas naval commando gear, military vests, rifles, and intelligence documents.
